As such, our client picked out a set of HRE FF15 wheels finished in liquid silver to be fitted on his car, needless to say, his choice was a perfect one. At 8.5 x 19″ at all four corners, the dimensions of the wheel fit the CLA perfectly. From every angle, the FF15’s brings out the best of the car, enabling it to look more menacing and more aggressive. From each angle, you’d notice that the wheels sit in perfect harmony with the fenders being ultra flush, thus, giving this four-door coupe a more menacing stance.

One of the leading manufacturers of full forged, lightweight wheels, HRE has managed to trickle down their technologies used in the manufacture of customized wheels on to their range of more affordable FlowForm wheels! The result is a wheel that is custom tailored to each individual vehicle, being able to be fitted without the need of any spacers or modifications whatsoever. For the owner, this CLA200 has come a long way from being bone stock, to a beautified four-door coupe and for those automotive aficionados out there, that’s the ultimate compliment!

However, having damaged his wheels, the proud owner of this BRABUS S-Class paid a visit to our showroom to replace his set of aged but damaged wheels. That said, the owner of this luxurious sedan did not want the usual makes of Vorsteiner, BBS and etc. He wanted a wheel that was exclusive to the Mercedes-Benz brand and as such, that led us to introduce him to the Carlsson brand.

The wheels shown in the images are one of Carlsson’s iconic designs, the Carlsson 1/16 RS in the Diamond Edition which evokes some subtle design elements of Mercedes-AMG’s multi-spoke alloys albeit in a more sleeker finish. 16 minimalistic sleek spokes document the Carlsson Design tradition. The arched edges of the spokes, bent towards the rim of the wheel emphasizes the modern reinterpretation of the Carlsson wheel. The somewhat gloss finish also works along with the cars body colour thus, refreshing and updating the look of this saloon. Measured at 8.5J x 19J at the front and 9.5J x 19″ at the rear, its a staggered layout which improves grip and performance through the bends.

The end result? A stunning wheel that’s now available for the Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse. And so, with the popularity of these wheels at an all time high, a customer paid a visit to our showroom, ready to purchase a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 101 wheels. As mentioned, by using flow forged technology Vorsteiner was able to achieve the perfect blend of striking aesthetics and top notch performance. This minimises excess weight but also does not compromise on strength. Though available in multiple finishes, we think this colour suits it best, Vorsteiner’s signature Carbon Graphite finish.

Now, the W205 is a very good looking car. However, it doesn’t take much more to make it look even better! To turn up the wow-factor of this C-Klasse even further, our client decided to throw in a set of Vorsteiner Limited Edition Red Centre Caps along with a set of Vorsteiner Spline Lug Bolts. This overall combination, not only highlights our clients keen eye for detail but also dramatically transforms the look of this car. Yes, it maybe a luxury saloon, but with these parts installed, it’ll make it much more sportier and athletic. Plus, we also previously installed a Carlsson Rear Boot Spoiler to complete the overall look of this car.

Of course we tested out the cars driving dynamics after the applications, and we noticed a massive difference in weight. According to our calculations, these new set of wheels are over 30% lighter than the stock wheels, and the reduction in weight translates into a massively enhanced driving dynamic. With less weight on the corners of the car, the car is able to turn in better and respond better to the drivers input, making it a thrill around the bends.

In this case, its a set of wheels paired up with a Mercedes-Benz W222 S400h. When this C-Klasse came in to our showroom yet again we were surprised as we were when the BMW F11 came in weeks ago. The owner of this car was looking for a set of wheels to replace his stock set of wheels, and with our lengthy experience in aftermarket products we decided to snap on a set of Carlsson 1/16 RS Wheels.

The long sleek spokes on the front face of the wheel brings forward the impression much larger wheel, this in turn will definitely enhance road presence. An all-new W205 strolled in to our showroom last week, with the owner looking for some minor aesthetic upgrades. To showcase that curvaceous (S-Klasse like) rear end, we advised the owner to fit a genuine Carlsson rear boot lid spoiler which makes it much more sporty, highlighting the AMG body kit equipped on the car. To go even further, the owner also requested that we fit the Mercedes-Benz illuminated “Star” on the grille. Just so he can chase away those lane-hoggers on the highway.

Which brings us to the next feature of this article which is of course, the main feature of the article… We like the new look of the car, especially with the new exterior modifications but, we felt that the car wasn’t complete with the stock 18″ AMG 5 spoke alloys. As we sat and discussed about various wheel applications for the car, we ended up fitting a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 101‘s measured at 8.5J x 19″ at the front and 9.5J x 19″ in the rear. We recommended these V-FF 101’s in Carbon Graphite as they would contrast perfectly with the car’s colour. The new set of wheels are also much wider and lighter the stock AMG wheels which make the car feel much more eager and responsive due to its drastically reduced weight over the stock wheels.

The spoiler and grille along with the gorgeous new Vorsteiner wheels, works simultaneously to turn up the drama on its exterior look. When viewed from a rear three quarter view, the car looks breathtaking and rest assured that this car will definitely stand out from the crowd.
