With our office shutters down after a long day, both our office’s staff and I were already on the way home, after a long day at work. All of a sudden, at about 8 o’clock in the evening, well past our working hours, we received a call from a partnered Sunway dealer of hours, noting an inquiry for a Mercedes-Benz E-Class!

Our dealer whom was also working well after office hours was approached by a client rolling in a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E200 Coupe of which was looking for a replacement for his stock AMG wheels! As a partnered dealer of ours for Vorsteiner wheels, our dealer keeps stock for a select number of Vorsteiner wheel designs. However, his client was adamant that he wanted a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 107 wheels urgently installed on his car.

Being the exclusive distributor of Vorsteiner wheels in Malaysia & Singapore, our job and duty is not only to ensure that end users receive the very best alloys in the industry but also to ensure that dealers received the very best assistance that we can provide. As such, despite the inquiry coming after office hours, we rushed back into our office and brought out a set of V-FF 107 alloys. We had all four pieces undergo a final inspection on our side for any potential scratches or defects and once it was deemed fit for installation, we personally delivered the set of alloys to our dealer’s location.

As the client was running stock 19 inch wheels, had no interest in changing out his brand new tires and stuck to the same 19 inch size for the V-FF 107 alloys. Though we may feel that its a tad undersized for the size of this vehicle, its surely better in terms of looks and dynamics compared to the stock AMG wheels! The Vorsteiner alloys aren’t just better looking but also a whole lot lighter than the stock AMG alloys by about five kilograms per wheel!The client was in urgent need to replace his stock 19 inch AMG alloys as it was not only heavy but also lacking in aesthetics.

As with any other Vorsteiner wheel, Vorsteiner designs and crafts each wheel to fit perfectly on any specific car, which means this wheel for an E-Class coupe would not be perfect for any other vehicle. With the Vorsteiner wheels installed, in comparison to the stock AMG’s, the Vorsteiner alloys exhibits a stronger and more aggressive wheel design that features more aggressive offsets to ensure that the fitted wheel sits perfectly parallel to the fenders of the E-Class, filling up the wheel wells perfectly!

After we’ve had the wheels delivered to our partnered dealer, we locked up our showroom and ended the the day there. As aforementioned, as the sole exclusive distributor of Vorsteiner wheels in the Malaysian and Singaporean region, it’s our job and duty not just to ensure that end-users and customers receive the very best services but also to ensure that our partnered dealers received the very best assistance possible.
