Though the new BMW G30 5-Series may have been garnering all the attention lately, as we work on these cars on a day-to-day basis, I feel that the F10 5-Series still looks as good as new! And what other way could there be than a set of breathtaking alloy wheels that’ll push the aesthetics of the FF01 wheel even further!

Rolling on a set of 19 inch wheels with one of the wheels cracked and repaired, our client paid a visit looking for a better and stronger set of alloys that’ll be able to handle the brutality of our Malaysian roads. He was looking for something superbly different and unique! Something that wasn’t too sporty and more biased to a classy and elegant side of aesthetics!

As such, we turned to couple of brands under our profile and in the end we settled on a set of FlowForm FF01 wheels manufactured by HRE Performance Wheels! Everyone who knows, has seen and has heard of the FF01 wheel would know that a lot of work has been put in by HRE to design a wheel that has the performance that is comparable of a forged wheel at a very competitive, reasonable price range.

Packing a punch that’s more than just skin deep, these HRE wheels upon the completion of their installation not only brought out enhanced aesthetics but also perfected driving dynamics. The FF01 wheel started the ball rolling as HRE’s first FlowForm wheel introduced into the segment. Comparatively, the BMW’s stock 19 inch alloys Style 351M weigh a massive 14.5 kilograms as compared to HRE’s FF01 weight figure of 11 kilograms, which reflects HRE’s efforts for excessive performance with minimum weight!

In order to keep the F10 as classy as it can be, we suggested a set of FF01 wheels in HRE’s signature Liquid Silver finish, which unlike ordinary silver finishes, incorporates a glittery surface finish for a more outstanding, sleek finish! Honestly speaking from my personal views, the Liquid Silver finish goes perfectly well with the F10’s Space Grey body colour! Fitted at 8.5J x 19″ in the front and 10J x 19″ in the rear, the FF01 wheel is built to perform on the very best automobiles with its extreme lightweight figures!
