In order to achieve “Vorsteiner” levels of quality, each and every product manufactured is subjected to rigorous tests and then passed through Vorsteiner’s ultra-detailed quality control to ensure that the product manufactured is free of imperfections.  VORSTEINER FLOW FORGED WHEEL MANUFACTURE

Bringing the perfect marriage between aesthetics and lightweight, Vorsteiner utilizes advanced raw materials and manufacturing equipment to create their Flow Forged wheels. Methods such as “pocketing” not just enhances the aesthetics of the wheel , but also reduces the overall weight of the wheel. These methods, highlights Vorsteiner’s attention to details that does wonders to reduce the unsprung mass on a car. 

Unlike other wheel manufacturers, Vorsteiner conducts tests with various wheels on various vehicles to ensure that the aesthetics of the wheel suits the car selected. As an example, the V-FF 104 is only compatible on certain models from Mercedes-Benz and Audi as Vorsteiner has determined that the wheel’s aesthetics suits the vehicle in question.

Apart from that, with strength being another important objective on its own, gone is the philosophy of “strength through bulk”. Each proposed design, and each individual shape has gone through a detailed analysis to ensure that, the unique designs seen on Vorsteiner wheels has the durability to take the battering of the toughest conditions. The stepped and tapered spokes on the wheels, aren’t just for show as they maximize strength and durability whilst accentuating slim and sleek spokes.

Vorsteiner V-FF 101

When Vorsteiner USA first launched their Flow-Forged line-up of wheels back in 2015, the V-FF 101 was the first model introduced to the market. With its aggressive design and groundbreaking concavity technology, Vorsteiner initially produced these wheels exclusively for the models of Porsche & Ferrari. However, since its launch back then, the V-FF 101’s have received high praise for its groundbreaking technologies used in its manufacture of wheels and as such, global demand for these wheels has massively increased. That being the case, in 2016, Vorsteiner has made these wheels compatible for other models from Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Maserati and certain BMW M models. Available in 19 & 20 inch diametres.

Vorsteiner V-FF 102

 

Widely used amongst the S-Klasse’s and BMW F10’s, the Vorsteiner V-FF 102 wheels are one of the most popular wheels currently on sale especially in Malaysia. Its long, sleek spokes accentuate a much larger wheel that meets the eye. Regardless of vehicle, snap on a set of V-FF 102’s and the aggression factor is instantly turned up a notch, making the car more muscular. The wheels concavity, especially at the rear truly enhance the cool, sleek aesthetics of the wheel. The V-FF 102 is produced with multiple finishes, only in 20 inches.

Vorsteiner V-FF 103

The V-FF 103 features a unique, aggressive design that sets itself apart among the other wheels on sale. The five “Y-spokes” are designed to achieve the highest levels of durability whilst at the same time boasting unique, aggressive aesthetics. With the best selling finish being Carbon Graphite, fitted on cars such as the BMW F10 or Mercedes-Benz W205, it highlights the sporty side of the cars. To date, the Vorsteiner V-FF 104 is only compatible on certain Audi and Mercedes-Benz models but this limited compatibility isn’t always a bad thing. This level of exclusivity, is in part due to Vorsteiner’s pursuit of redefining perfection. With every wheel manufactured by Vorsteiner goes through a wide array of tests to ensure that the wheel aesthetics suits the car in question, the V-FF 104 in Vorsteiner’s opinion suits the models in question perfectly. Simple it may seem, but the five sleek, smooth spokes truly match specific vehicles such as the Audi S5 coupes. The V-FF 104 is produced in multiple finishes, exclusively in 20 inch form.

Vorsteiner V-FF 105

The V-FF 105 is one of the latest additions of wheels in to the Vorsteiner Flow Forged Wheel line-up. Produced for mainly exotic supercars, the V-FF 105 is compatible with cars ranging, from the Audi R8, to the super cool Lamborgini Huracan as the aesthetics of the wheels fits the cars in mind perfectly. As an additional note, the V-FF 105 wheel is the lightest wheel in the Flow Forged Wheel line-up. Its light weight along with its sporty, dynamic aesthetics does wonders to make these exotics much more appealing. The V-FF 105 is produced in multiple finishes, exclusively in 20 inch form with availability in 19 inch forms coming in the summer of 2016.
