A Major Impulse: BMW F30 320i Equipped With A Full M-Sport Body Kit and Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Wheels
This heavy makeover pictured in the following images started off with the owner of this pristine Alpine White BMW F30 320i paying us a visit, seeking to refresh his BMW. Being an aftermarket specialist, we always do our best to cater towards the needs & demands of our clients beyond just a simple set of wheels and as such the owner of this 320i demanded an extra touch of aggression whilst maintaining the elegance and class of that proud Bavarian badge.
After a brief discussion, we concluded that the best way of “aggressify-ing” the car was the application of a genuine BMW F30 M-Sport body kit and so immediately we scheduled the parts to be painted in accordance with the cars body colour (Alpine White). On the following day, after we’ve been notified on the completion of the painting process, we contacted the owner of the 320i and requested that he bring the car in for the installation of parts. The complete installation of all parts took no less than a day.
Beginning from the front fascia, as seen in the photos, we’ve swapped out the standard bumper with the M-Sport bumper. Immediately the aggression of the front bumper become more obvious and pronounced. Additionally, we also swapped out the stock front grille with a genuine M- Performance Black front grille to make it look more menacing. With the new bodykit, the side profile of the car is now garnished with new side skirts. The new side skirts evoke a sense of sportiness which was a was not prominent enough for some on the standard car.
Over at the back end, the F30 is completely transformed thanks to the new rear bumper. The rear bumper not only makes the car more sporty but it also injects a sense of character with blacked out diffuser at the bottom and aggressive design elements on the rear fascia of the bumper. Plus, to truly complete the make over, we threw in a genuine F30 M-Sport boot lip spoiler to turn up the wow factor of this newly refreshed 3-Series.
Topping of the makeover was a set of lightweight Vorsteiner Flow Forged V-FF 103 wheels installed at the request of the owner. Despite Vorsteiner’s best selling finish being Carbon Graphite, we felt that the wheel’s Mystic Black finish would suit this cars colour and character better. Getting in to some technicalities, the staggered layout of the wheels, is measured at 8.5J x 19″ in the front and 10J x 19″ in the rear.
As a whole, from our opinion the car looks much better as compared to its standard look but the gap between the wheels and the fender is a bit too big, that said, the owner intends to lower his car’s ride height in the future so stay tuned Beemer fans!
