BBS Feature: BBS CH-R II Equipped On A Porsche Cayenne
Sports cars come in all shapes an sizes, but in this case its an SUV… The Porsche Cayenne is Porsche’s flagship SUV and when this customer brought it in to our showroom looking for a set of wheels to spice up his car, we we’re curious on what could be fitted on the four corners of this Cayenne to hype up the sportiness of this Porsche.
When this esteemed client walked in, he was astounded by our various products on our showcase. After a moment, he seemed attracted to one of BBS’s iconic products the CH-R but after glancing at its updated design on the CH-R II and its two piece design, he instantly fell for its look. The CH-R II was derived from its older brother the CH-R and its motorsport heritage and design the CH-R II stays fresh.
The BBS lineup of wheels is scattered with various designs for various vehicles. That said, the CH-R’s heritage dates back to BBS’s previous wheel named, the CH. With continuous development and research, this release of the CH-R II continues the bloodline of BBS products. Long, thin spokes and a very small center area give the CH-R design its equally timeless and dynamic appearance. The two-piece CH-R II design combines the design language of the previous CH-R with the latest technology from motor sport in an optimal way.
This being the CH-R II, its manufactured exclusively in 21 inch form. The measurement we fitted to the car is 10.5J x 21″ for a near flush fitment. The wheels are finished in Satin Black and over a black bodied car, it makes the Porsche’s aesthetics a whole lot more aggressive and menacing. Of course after we installed the wheels, we asked our client for a review and he reported a more confidence inspiring drive. This being a flow forged wheel, it cuts a lot of weight off the Porsche’s stock casted wheels making for a more enhanced drive.
