When an owner of a super rare Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG pays a visit to your showroom, you know its going to be a special day ahead! Old but not out, despite this W221 generation Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG being a handful of years old, Its definitely aged very well!

When our client paid a visit to our showroom initially, he purchased a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 103 wheels to go along with his stunning S65 AMG bodied in its Obsidian Black Metallic body colour! No doubt it was absolutely stunning, a perfect match! With Vorsteiner’s Carbon Graphite finish which incorporates a touch of glittery sparkles, the S65 was fitted all round with a set of 20 inch V-FF 103 alloys that turns up the aesthetics of the aged S65!

However, this was not going to be enough for our client of which was looking for an even more unique stance and posture for his S65! He rang us up if we had an application for his car in a 21 inch size. We were puzzled, but we notified him that we had immediate stock for the fitment on his S65 AMG! Though manufactured officially in this fitment for a W222 S-Class, there was no problem fitting the 21 inch wheels on to this S65 AMG!

He was looking for a concavity profile that’s deeper than ever seen on other Mercedes-Benz S-Class’ out there whilst looking for a slightly stacked posture for his S65. As such, the build was carried out, an absolute one-off, truly different as compared to our other S-Class builds. Fitted in the rear with 10.5J x 21″ and in fitted in the front with a pair 9J x 20″ wheels, the set of V-FF 103 alloys fill the flared fenders of this S65 AMG giving it a more aggressive stance!

The wheels easily outperform the previous fragile stock alloys as Vorsteiner’s aluminium alloy compound is not only strong but also ultralight with weight savings of over 30% as compared to the stock alloys. This refresh with the V-FF 103 wheels completely transformed the look of this sleek saloon. With the aggressive, sporty design of the V-FF 103 paired up with the classy looks of the S-Klasse itself, it brings out a whole new aesthetic perspective of the car. With each wheel weighing just over 10 kilograms, the S65’s Biturbo V12 would be able to push this saloon even harder than ever before!
