It was only a week ago he installed a set of HRE’s FF15 wheels on to his BMW M6 Gran Coupe and now being a massive HRE fan, he decided to have a set of HRE’s finest alloys on his Toyota Vellfire.

Our client rang us up looking a set of wheels he’d spotted on our social media feeds looking great on another Vellfire. On that previous post, our client installed a set of 19 inch HRE FlowForm FF04 wheels, reluctant to deteriorate the ride comfort of his Toyota Vellfire. However, when this new client of ours paid a visit to our showroom, he loved the look of the FF04 on the Vellfire, but he wanted to make it even better!Looking for something simple but yet elegant and sporty at the same time, our client had his eyes peeled on a set of HRE’s FlowForm FF04 wheels! In our office, we showed our client a few other wheels that are available for fitment on his Vellfire but he was stuck admiring the looks of the FF04 wheels! One of the major reasons of why the FF04 wheel is so appealing is the wheels stunning finish that goes through a meticulous process to produce. The wheel finish production begins with a spray of pure black paint on to the wheel’s body. After grafting that black layer of paint on, it’s then coated with a layer of super glossy and elegant silver paint. The end result is a two-tone finish known to clients as the, Liquid Metal finish of which HRE’s given technical name would be “HyperBlack”!

The next reason why the FF04 is such a desirable wheel is HRE’s manufacture of sportier and more aggressive offsets. Sitting stock, the Vellfire was purchased by our client with a set of tiny, 18 inch alloys installed deep within the fender. When our client had a set of 20 inch FF04 wheels installed on to his Vellfire, the difference was like night and day! Flush, aggressive and exactly parallel to the fenders of the Vellfire, the HRE FF04 wheel truly brings out the best of this MPV and refreshes the look of this large vehicle!

Additionally, we wrapped up the wheels with a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for added control and we’re happy to report that the level of comfort for such a luxurious vehicle was retained, despite the upgrade from a set of 18 inch alloys to a set of 20’s.As a whole, the wheel works as good as it looks!
