Volkswagen Golf R Equipped With Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Wheels
To kick off our Thursday morning, we’d like to showcase yet another Volkswagen Golf R makeover with Vorsteiner’s V-FF 103 wheels. Instead of receiving a call from the client himself, we received a call from a Volkswagen dealer stating that a customer had just recently purchased a brand new Volkswagen Golf R. Adding to that, the customer instructed his sales advisor to assist him in picking out an aftermarket wheel to replace his stock wheels.
From our end, we communicated with the VW staff and sent him some recommendations for wheels such as Vorsteiner’s V-FF 103 & 106 along with other makes such as HRE’s FF15. In the end, the owner of the Golf R settled for a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 103 wheels finished in Carbon Graphite. Diving in to some of the Vorsteiner’s detailed specifications, the wheels are measured at 8.5J x 19″ all around and it weighs about 30% lighter than the stock wheels at 9.8kg. Being a Vorsteiner Flow Forged wheel, the V-FF 103 utilises all the latest technology trends to ensure that its built to perfection such as a unique aluminium compound that delivers outstanding levels of durability whilst maintaining a high level of strength.
