It was just another day in office when we were approached by a customer whom was excitedly looking for a set of wheels on his brand new Volkswagen Golf R Mk7.5! Kitted up with a genuine Oettinger aerokit, our client needed a set of wheels that would match the aggressive styling of his Golf R and the moment he stepped into our office, he mentioned he wanted a set of Vorsteiner’s V-FF 103 wheels!

With all the hype surrounding the new Vorsteiner Flow Forged additions such as the V-FF 110, 111 & 112, it’s nice to remind ourselves of the modern classics such as the Vorsteiner V-FF 103 that revolutionized the aftermarket wheel industry and placed the Vorsteiner brand at the top of the pyramid in terms of engineering excellence and manufacturing brilliance!

As the V-FF 103 wheel design remains as one of the wheels of highest demand, at any given moment, we have dozens of these wheels standing by for new homes on our client’s vehicles. Our client whom is very well versed with the Vorsteiner Flow forged wheel lineup knew that a set of V-FF 103 wheels was exactly what his car needed!

The suggested Vorsteiner fitment of these V-FF 103 wheels are sized out at 8.5J x 19 inches with an offset of ET45 would sit perfectly flush within the fenders of this Golf R! Bodied in Deep Black Pearl, a set of these wheels in Carbon Graphite would perfectly match the aggressive character of our clients ride! To spice up the design of the wheels even further, our client opted to fit a set of Vorsteiner’s Version IV center caps which feature the Vorsteiner emblem in red over a blacked out background!

We then drove over our client to our contracted panel tyre workshop to have the set of wheels installed and at the very last minute, to push the aesthetics of his ride even further than ever, our client opted to have his set of new wheels installed via a set of Vorsteiner Spline Lug bolts! Whilst fitting the wheels on, our client had the opportunity to compare the weights of both his stock 19 inch wheels and the new Vorsteiner alloys and he was pleasantly surprised as to how amazingly light the Vorsteiner alloy was in comparison to the stock alloys!

As a whole, the whole installation process took about 90 minutes and immediately after, we our client took a short drive to the location of our photography session and he was amazed with his car’s performance! It felt lighter and definitely more agile! Apart from just the drive, our client was also extremely happy with how breathtaking his car looked after installing the set of Vorsteiner alloys!
