We received an inquiry that had a delivery address located in Perth, Australia and to our surprise, the order was filed by our regular customer of ours located in East Malaysia! We’ve worked with our client based in Sarawak, Malaysia for more than a few times as of now and as Sarawak was based 3 hours away from us by flight, across the South China Sea, we’ve inspired confidence in our client with each and every order he’s placed with us as we have always been able to deliver his parts and products on time, hassle free!

Our client had filed an order for Vorsteiner’s VR-E aerokit for the BMW i8 on behalf of his buddy located in Perth, Australia. As many of our followers and readers may note, we’re Vorsteiner’s exclusive distributor in the regions of Malaysia and Singapore. However, as we have no jurisdiction of distributorship rights in Western Australia, we communicated with our peers at Vorsteiner USA to inquire and request for permission to proceed with our clients order. With Vorsteiner USA giving us the green light to proceed with the order, we were allowed to proceed with the order. With our close relationship and partnership with our peers in the States, we got the whole aerokit shipped from the USA straight to Perth in no more than two weeks, of which is faster than usual!

Now, enough with all the order details and all that, I’m sure if you’re reading this article, you’d be more interested in the car’s makeover! For most people, the BMW i8 would look stunning on its own, a definite show stopper. However, for some, it just isn’t good enough! As such, Vorsteiner introduced their VR-E aerokit made exclusively for the BMW i8, giving this sportscar an added aesthetic edge!

Vorsteiner’s Carbon Fiber craftsmen produce the very best carbon fiber in the industry and they’ve built and tailored the VR-E aerokit to fit the BMW i8 seamlessly! Vorsteiner’s carbon fiber composites are constructed of the finest Autoclaved Pre-Impregnated Carbon Fiber. Vorsteiner’s Carbon Fiber materials provides superior stiffness, aerospace strength & durability compared to traditional hand laid carbon fiber composites. The whole aerokit consists of three components: a carbon fiber front lip spoiler, a carbon fiber rear diffuser and a carbon fiber rear lip spoiler. The parts and products are designed to be installed easily and seamlessly!

Its not all about aesthetics though as Vorsteiner has designed these products to be more aerodynamically efficient as compared to the BMW’s stock car parts. Tested throughout the American goldRush Rally, equipped with the aero parts, the i8 remains a tad more stable at high speeds. For instance, the Vorsteiner rear lip spoiler, though small in size, is able to enhance the i8’s aerodynamic efficiency.

As a whole, for most people out there the BMW i8 would look amazing on its own.
