Now, let’s dive into this gorgeous Mercedes-AMG CLA45.  Everyone knows a CLA45, everyone has seen a CLA45, It’s Mercedes-AMG’s entry level offering to jump into their high-performance line of sportscars. However, with all the sporty accents all around the car, our client saw the potential in his car to further set it apart from the other CLA45’s out on the streets.

As we began to assist our client on his inquiry, in an instant we recommended a set of Vorsteiner’s V-FF 105 wheels for his CLA45. We strongly feel that the combination of the wheels aesthetics which feature 5 concaved Y-spokes and finished in Vorsteiner’s signature Titanium Machined finish would suit the colour of his CLA45’s body. The new Titanium Machined finish highlights the depth of concavity and character of the wheels, especially at a rear three-quarter view. Despite the wheels being the same size as the stock AMG alloys, these wheels weigh about 9.6 kilograms and are 19 inches in size. Vorsteiner’s mastery with advanced engineering techniques has enabled them to shave off about 30% of the wheels weight when compared to the AMG’s stock wheels which weigh 13 kilograms. Vorsteiner achieved this by incorporated the use of a stronger,, lighter & more rigid aluminium compound that’s nearly completely resistant to cracks or dents.

Being a Mercedes-AMG sportscar, the weight savings of 3.4 kilograms per wheel, translates to the car losing 13.6 kilograms of its overall weight and that’s more than enough for this car to feel completely different in terms of performance and handling. Less weight equals more performance, and with the new wheels this CLA45 AMG doesn’t disappoint. Vehicle performance & dynamics aside, based on the photos we received pre-installation, we noticed that the CLA45 had some red stripes and accents around it, as such we also recommended a set of Vorsteiner Designer Red Centre Caps to go along with a set of Vorsteiner Spline Lug Bolts to be installed with the wheels, giving it a more aggressive touch.
