Last week, along the busy streets of Damansara Utama, we spotted a converted Porsche 911 GT3 (991). Initially, a Porsche 911 Carrera S, the new body panels bolted on to the car definitely makes this 911 standout from the crowd. After surveying the car, we were pleasantly surprised to see a set of Vorsteiner V-FF 101’s equipped on this mean looking Porsche. As we are the exclusive distributors of Vorsteiner products in Malaysia, we believe these set of wheels were fitted at one of our dealers in the Klang Valley area.

Rear Right Three Quarter View: Audi S5 Equipped With Vorsteiner V-FF 104 Wheels And H&R Lowering Springs
With that in mind, he read the articles on our blog and visited our showroom. The first step to hyping up this sleeper coupe was, to lower its stance on the road and as such, we equipped the Audi with H&R lowering springs. The lowering springs enable the car to sit lower on the road and drops the overall height of the car by 25mm. Built for a balance of aesthetics and performance, these springs also drop the centre of gravity on the Audi, enabling it to perform better through the curves.

With its aggressive design and groundbreaking concavity technology, Vorsteiner initially produced these wheels exclusively for the models of Porsche & Ferrari. However, since its launch back then, the V-FF 101’s have received high praise for its groundbreaking technologies used in its manufacture of wheels and as such, global demand for these wheels has massively increased. That being the case, in 2016, Vorsteiner has made these wheels compatible for other models from Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and certain BMW M models.

The owners opinion of the CH-R wheels were that these wheels felt a bit, undramatic and uninspiring. In its Satin Titanium finish, the owner was not satisfied with the current set-up especially with the layout of the wheels which are set deeper within the fenders which also suppresses the aggressive look of this menacing 3-Series.
Being so, the owner paid a visit to our showroom looking for a better substitute for the existing wheels on his F30. Given that we are well versed with Vorsteiner wheels, we suggested a fitment of Vorsteiner V-FF 103 wheels that would suit the car perfectly. In its Mystic Black finish, the wheels add a characteristic contrast with the cars body colour, adding a touch more aggression into the mix. With the Vorsteiner wheels, came the standard black Vorsteiner centre caps but, to turn up the notches of “sportiness” on this M-Sport, the owners fitted a set of Vorsteiner Limited Edition Red Centre Caps. Getting in to more aesthetics, the new staggered layout of the wheels, now measured at 8.5J x 19″ in the front and 10J x 19″ in the rear enables the wheels to be aligned in parallel to the fenders turning up the cars wow factor.

The name, 3-Series… A car popular for setting the benchmark in the sports sedan segment. That said, in this day and age, as the exclusive distributor of Bilstein Sports Suspension Systems we can report that the enquiries for suspension systems have been increasing overtime due to the lackluster performance of original suspension systems that have been deemed inadequate for performance driving. Luxury car manufacturers have prioritised a more soft and comfortable ride whilst placing handling performance in second place. No doubt, the BMW, known for its “Sheer Driving Pleasure” can most definitely take on those curves on the way home, however, with the soft suspension system and the presence of body roll, it retracts the driver from feeling confident in the corners. Being so, the stock suspension system of the Beemer rather dulls out the driving experience promised on a 3-Series.
Its not often you see a “sporty” MPV but pictured here is a Toyota Vellfire fully built by GS Sport of Japan. Despite the main feature of this article being the Vorsteiner V-FF 102 wheels, we couldn’t help but mention a little on this vehicle, as this MPV is more aggressive than most on our roads in Malaysia. However, you can always make something better than it already is.

This giving this wheel the illusion of depth, enhancing the visual aesthetics of the vehicle.

The sad part takes place when the owner of this car came to us with all four stock AMG wheels cracked.
